Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you change your mind & want to return or exchange an item then that is not a problem.


We always try to give accurate honest descriptions & images to show the item as clearly as we can. We try to give accurate colour representations but this can vary according to your own images shown on screens.


All personalised items are created especially for you so cannot be returned except if damaged in transit to you.


FOR SMALL ITEMS
Please return the item in an unused condition with its labels & in the original packaging within 14 days with a returns form. Please use tracking to prevent loss to yourself.


Please ensure you re-pack the item to prevent damage in transit we cannot refund a lost or damaged in transit item or if the wrong address was provided when making the order.


Goods will be checked when received back to us, we will email you to confirm its arrival in good condition then we can process your refund. Please allow 14 working days for us to receive items returned & process any refund.


You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item was damaged or a wrongly dispatched item. (We don't build in a return cost into items like some larger companies as this would increase our prices to all customers) You will receive the refund less your original delivery cost.


Items listed as MEDIUM, LARGE or VERY LARGE will require picking up so please inform us within 48 hours at customercare@rosie-loves.co.uk  Please ensure the item is an unused condition with its labels & in the original packaging, re-packed carefully for the courier to prevent damage in transit we cannot refund a lost or damaged in transit item.


The cost of returning MEDIUM  ITEMS is £10 to include the courier and handling fee this will be deducted from the refund to you.


The cost of returning LARGE ITEMS is £50 to include the courier and handling fee this will be deducted from the refund to you.


The cost of returning VERY LARGE ITEMS is £95 to include the courier and handling fee this will be deducted from the refund to you.

Damaged items
We are of course happy to replace or refund damaged items, unfortunately these things can happen during delivery. Please check the item carefully upon receiving your delivery and report damage within 48 hours. Please send a photo of the damage to customercare@rosie-loves.co.uk


You will receive a refund in full including the original postage, please email us at customercare@rosie-loves.co.uk to request the pre-paid return label. You will not receive a refund of the original delivery charges or cost of returning the product to us unless the item is faulty.


We are a small business and are not able to refund items used for several weeks & accidentally broken while being used, such as mugs, plates, mirrors. Thank you for your understanding.
