Delivery Information
We dispatch items every week day morning and work towards a fast and speedy delivery. Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) but some items can be 3-5 days. Larger items may take longer up to 14 days please refer to the product page for more information.
If you are not home for a delivery couriers will always try and leave your item with a neighbour for you so you don't have to travel to pick up at a depot. If you have a special delivery requirement or don't want items left with neighbours then please let us know so we can write this instruction on your parcel.
All personalised orders can take up to ten days to be prepared & delivered, especially at busy times such as Valentines Day & Christmas. Please choose express delivery if in any doubt. If you choose express delivery your personalised item will still take 3-5 days to be prepared before being dispatched.
Some personalised items may be sent directly to you by the business that creates the gift. Delivery and time scales may vary for these items so please refer to the product page for details.
Bank Holidays will result in all courier collections & deliveries being delayed this is unfortunately beyond our control.
We strive to find the most cost effective method of delivery to keep prices down for our customers. We don't hide delivery costs by adding on the cost to the product prices, we aim to be as transparent as possible.
There could be instances of orders being delivered later than expected in these unprecedented times and maybe out of our control but please be understanding at this time

We are delighted to deliver purchases outside of the UK. Should you require a delivery outside of the UK and your destination is not listed below then please email us on customercare@rosie.loves.co.uk with your requirements so we can quote a purchase and most cost effective delivery price for you based on your individual parcel weight and size.
